The laser remanufacturing equipment for mining machinery launched by Wuhan Dazu Jinshikai Laser System Co., Ltd. uses laser as a heat source and places selected coating materials on the melted substrate using different feeding methods. After laser irradiation, it is made to match the surface of the substratethin layerSimultaneously melting and rapidly solidifying to form a surface coating with extremely low dilution and metallurgical bonding with the substrate material, thereby significantly improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and electrical properties of the substrate material surface.

Compared with welding, spraying, electroplating, and vapor deposition, laser cladding has the characteristics of low dilution, high tissue density, good adhesion between the coating and the substrate, suitable for multiple cladding materials, and large variations in particle size and content.
